eAaxon offers Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Saturday delivery and Standard Ground shipping.
All orders will incur a $6.95 handling charge which will be reflected in your shopping cart.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and the Caribbean are shipped FedEx and will incur additional freight charges.APO, FPO and Canadian orders are shipped via FedEx and will incur international freight charges.
All other international orders are shipped via FedEx International and will incur international freight charges.
Standard Ground packages will leave our warehouse the same day if ordered by 2:30pm EST (for in-stock orders only).
Next Day Air packages will leave our warehouse the same day if ordered by 2:30pm EST (for in-stock orders only).
2-Day Air packages will leave our warehouse the same day if ordered by 2:30pm EST (for in-stock orders only). Saturday Delivery packages must be marked Air Shipping and must be ordered on Thursday or Friday by 2:30pm EST (for in-stock orders only).

Our return policy
Our "Clean" Guarantee. We promise complete satisfaction to all our customers! If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply call our friendly Customer Service Team at 800.826.1012, for a Return Authorization (RA) number. You'll receive an exchange, credit or refund. No Freight Charges will be credited. Credit will be issued back on credit card originally used to purchase item(s) within 48hr. of receipt of return. After 30 days there will be a 15% restocking fee. All special order non-stock items will have a 35% restocking charge. We will not accept parts that have been installed or damaged.
How to return an item
eAaxon's goal is to insure customer satisfaction. To return items please call the toll free phone line to receive a Return Authorization Number for your items. Any items returned to Aaxon without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to the sender. Please contact our Customer Service department at 1.800.826.1012

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
eAaxon does its best to have every item in stock, all year round. However, due to delays in shipping, manufacturing, and production, every item is not in stock all the time. We cannot confirm availability until you place your order. As a general rule, everything we have in stock ships out within 24 hours Monday through Friday. As we process your order, we will call you if any items you order are not in stock or will take any longer than the 24 hours to ship out.
