Our "Clean" Guarantee. We promise complete satisfaction to all our customers! If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply call our friendly Customer Service Team at 800.826.1012, for a Return Authorization (RA) number. You'll receive a prompt exchange, credit or refund - your choice. After 30 days there will be a 10% restocking fee. All special order non-stock items will have a 25% restocking charge. We will not accept parts that have been installed or damaged.
How to return an item
eAaxon's goal is to insure customer satisfaction. To return items please call the toll free phone line to receive a Return Authorization Number for your items. Any items returned to Aaxon without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to the sender. Please contact our Customer Service department at 1.800.826.1012
